Initial Contact & Consultation
- The journey begins when you reach out to us. Here we understand your requirements and goals and explain the process of the program.
- Once you're ready to begin, we provide a simple Google form to collect detailed information.
- We schedule a one-on-one consultation—either online or offline based on your convenience.
- During this session, we counsel you, discuss your goals, medical history, and lifestyle habits.
Personalized Diet Planning
- We tailor a customized diet plan based on your food and taste preferences, health conditions, and detailed understanding of cuisine choices.
- From breakfast to bedtime, your plan is crafted to suit your routine, travel schedule, and goals.
- Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, regional, or global in your food choices — we've got you covered.
- At the end of every diet cycle of 10 to 15 days, we also ask for any of your food preferences that you wish for us to add, or we try to meet your cravings creatively for each diet change
Daily Support & Follow-Ups
- Our commitment doesn't end with the plan.
- You receive daily follow-ups, check-ins, and progress tracking to ensure you're on the right path.
- We offer travel, wedding guidelines and restaurant assistance to help you stay on track even when you're on the move.
